“The Dunkin Donuts assures, any information you share with the company will be carefully guarded through use of industry-standard security software to encrypt the credit card number and other ordering and shipping information.”
Dunkin Donuts doesn’t give any of the personal information to anyone outside of Dunkin Donuts and the sister brand, Baskin-Robbins, other than the agents who may need it to fulfill the order, respond to customer’s requests or inquiries, or help the company to improve the products or Web site. The personal information may be also disclosed to the business units, agents, parent company, other affiliates and to third parties to help conduct the marketing efforts.
